Technician will make a complete report to you of the work done, and of any existing conditions not covered by this service that require correction. Inspection will be made approximately every six months. We will maintain a complete record of your equipment in our files.
Terms: We will furnish the above services for scheduled inspections and for emergency calls during regular working hours at a rate of
$65.00 per man hour ( rate subject to change if labor rates change). Refrigerant, repair parts, filters and supplies, if used, will be billed at normal rates
less 15% discount.
You agree to promptly notify us of any unusual operating conditions. You agree to permit our personnel to work on the equipment.
For Emergency service at night, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, call the office and your call will be intercepted by our answering service who will dispatch the call promptly.
After hours rates are as Follows:
Mon-Fri after 5:30 p.m.

When emergency service is required, Contract Customers will have Preference over Non-Contract Customers.
This Contract shall continue in force until cancelled by either party with 30 days written notice. Invoices for services rendered shall be payable upon completion of inspection unless prior arrangements have been made.
